（中央社記者劉建邦台北21日電）台北市政府要求大巨蛋勒令停工，公民團體今天說，台北市長柯文哲願意做出停工決定，比前朝市府還要有所作為，但應要針對地下4樓和5樓的進行土方回填工程。
台北市政府20日決定要求大巨蛋立即停工，並開始施行一系列動作，松菸護樹志工團、台灣護樹團體聯盟等公民團體21日下午在大巨蛋旁開記者會。
護樹團體表示，柯文哲市府願意面對專家和環評委員呼籲，決定要求遠雄勒令停工，比前朝市府還要有所作為，但因停工有地質安全疑慮，呼籲北市府應要求遠雄依據專家建議，回填地下4樓和5樓的土方，確保板南線捷運和松菸古蹟結構安全。
護樹團體說，去年底就提供大巨蛋下陷分析報告給北市府，1月初也曾和副市長鄧家基和捷運局長周禮良當面說明，3月間也遞交環評公民訴訟書給北市府，但一直到到5月間北市府才要求大巨蛋停工，呼籲柯文哲了解相關單位的疏忽。1040521
